Before You Contact Us
The majority of swap issues resolve themselves once the blockchain catches up. Before emailing, please check the following:
- Confirm your deposit transaction is fully confirmed on-chain using a block explorer (e.g. Blockchair, Etherscan, Tronscan) — not just broadcast, but confirmed.
- Verify you sent to the correct deposit address shown on your order page and that you sent the correct cryptocurrency.
- Check that your order's 30-minute rate window — if your deposit confirmed after the window, contact us and we'll process it manually.
- Review our FAQ page — most common questions about no-KYC swaps, AML, timing, and limits are answered there.
What to Include in Your Email
- Your Order ID (found on your order page — format: ORD-XXXXXXXX)
- Transaction hash (TXID) of your deposit
- The currency pair (e.g. USDT-TRC20 → XMR)
- Amount sent
- Your destination wallet address
- Date and approximate time of the transaction
- Any error messages or unusual behavior you observed
