We do not actively screen your wallet addresses against AML blacklists to block your swap. Many "no KYC" exchanges still run silent blockchain analytics checks and refuse transactions without explanation. We process swaps based on technical order parameters — not the history of your wallets.

Minimum swap is $100 USD equivalent. Maximum is $282,100 USD equivalent. The exact figures in your selected cryptocurrency are displayed in the exchange widget before you commit to anything.

1. Select the coin you're sending and USDT (or any other coin) you want to receive. 2. Enter your destination wallet address — the only information we need. 3. You receive a unique one-time deposit address. 4. Send funds to that address from any wallet. 5. Once confirmed on-chain, our engine automatically executes the swap and sends the converted cryptocurrency to your wallet. No approvals. No delays. No identity check at any step.

Most swaps complete within 2–15 minutes from when your deposit confirms on-chain. USDT-TRC20 and Solana-based swaps are typically fastest. Bitcoin requires 1–3 confirmations and may take a bit longer depending on network congestion at the time.

When you create an order, the exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes. You must send funds and have them confirmed on-chain within this window to receive the quoted amount. If the timer expires, create a new order — your deposit address remains valid and any funds already sent will still be processed.

If the amount falls below the minimum threshold, the swap may not process automatically. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID and transaction hash. We'll do our best to resolve it.

Wrong address: cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on-chain, so please triple-check your destination wallet before submitting. Wrong coin: sending a different cryptocurrency to a deposit address (e.g., sending ETH to a USDT-TRC20 deposit address) requires manual intervention — contact support immediately with your TXID.

We collect only what's technically required to complete your order: the deposit address assigned to you, your destination wallet, the currency pair, the amount, and the order timestamp. This is stored in your browser session and is not linked to any personal identity. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or persistent user databases. Yes — and we encourage it if network-layer privacy is important to you. We place zero restrictions on VPN or Tor users. Our platform is fully accessible over both.

Yes. USDT → XMR is one of the most popular routes on our platform. Monero is supported on both sides of any swap — as a send currency and as a receive currency — with the same zero-KYC, zero-AML process as every other pair.

No. Our service is non-custodial. We never hold a balance on your behalf. Deposits flow directly through the swap engine and converted funds go straight to your destination wallet. There is no internal account for funds to sit in.

First, verify your deposit transaction is confirmed on the blockchain using a block explorer. If it's confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed, email [email protected] with your Order ID and the transaction hash (TXID). We respond within 24 hours.

A downloadable text file generated for every order that records the Order ID, currency pair, amounts, deposit address, and destination wallet. It serves as your documentation that an exchange was initiated through our service, without containing any personal identity information.
